I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to the harbor and in the city center. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but fresh towels weren't provided regularly. The service, especially from the manager Mustafa, was top-notch, and the shuttle service, though paid, was convenient. However, the dining experience for poached eggs was lacking. Overall, a decent place to stay with a few minor hiccups.
